In the midst of a global pandemic, it is important that leaders of their companies remain calm in order to reassure their employees, customers and business partners all while listening and talking about their concerns.

This also means reducing anxiety in order to increase the ability to think more clearly in order to see new/creative opportunities.

In this Harvard Business Review Article, it lists three practices that help in times of crisis.

  1. Meditate first thing in the morning.
  2. Start each meeting with a few minutes of meditation.
  3. Step back when you get.
